Introduction

This document will guide you through using the Internet E-mail generator as a means to print merge without an external word processor, based on previously created Internet E-mail templates.

1. From the E-mail menu, select the Send Internet E-mail... menu item. You may also print based on a filtered or grouped subset of your data. If you wish to print based on a filter or group, activate the filter or group prior to selecting the Send Internet E-mail... menu item From the E-mail menu.

2. Click the Options button and select the E-mail Merge tab.

3. Place a check in the Merge an E-mail to ALL (filtered) contacts box.

4. Click the E-mail a merged template radio button.

5. Select the desired template. For this example, the template will be “Example Internet Mail Template”.

6. Click the Delivery Tab

7. Select Print Messages, then Click OK.

8. Click the Print button.
