The Customer Care Department provides limited non-technical information on product-related questions. In addition, we are responsible for addressing the following issues:
- Central point of contact for general questions on the FrontRange Solutions’ product suite
- Serial Number Registration for GoldMine
- All order inquiries, including returns/credits
- Rebate Inquiries
- Replacement CDs
- Responding to customer feedback
- Providing available documentation and working through document retrieval issues with our web site
