The Customer Care Department provides limited non-technical information on product-related questions. In addition, we are responsible for addressing the following issues:

  • Central point of contact for general questions on the FrontRange Solutions’ product suite
  • Serial Number Registration for GoldMine
  • All order inquiries, including returns/credits
  • Rebate Inquiries
  • Replacement CDs
  • Responding to customer feedback
  • Providing available documentation and working through document retrieval issues with our web site
